1. Security Deposit
   The customer is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to two (2) months’ rent for any item taken on rent. This deposit is refundable, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
   
   
2. Minimum Rental Period
   The customer must retain the rented item for a minimum period of six (6) months.
   
   
3. Early Termination (Before 6 Months)
   If the customer returns the item before completing 6 months:
   – The security deposit will not be refunded.
   – The deposit will be treated as a minimum commitment violation charge.
   
   
4. Refund Eligibility (After 6 Months)
   If the customer returns the item after 6 months:
   – The security deposit will be fully refundable.
   – However, the following deductions may apply:
   • Damage charges (if the item is damaged)
   • Any pending rent or dues
     • Pickup or transportation charges (if applicable)
   
   
5. Condition of Item
   At the time of return:
   – The item must be in proper working condition
   – Normal wear and tear is acceptable
   – Any major damage will result in repair/replacement costs being deducted from the deposit
   
   
6. Refund Timeline
   The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the product.
   
   

7. Mode of Refund
The refund will be made through the same mode in which the payment was received (bank transfer / UPI / cheque).
